Frank Grobmeier has held senior executive level sales and marketing positions for international lighting companies for the past 28 years. He is currently the owner and CEO of Red Mouse Consulting, a business consulting firm. He’s been a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, changing the way that organizations think about their brands and messaging in disruptive environments. Frank has held leadership posts on numerous advisory boards, published editorial columns for magazines and newsletters, and has been honored with numerous service awards for leadership and dedication.
Frank’s philanthropic work with youth leadership development in various conservation organizations has spanned over 18 years. He has a passion for youth development and empowerment through coordination of activities, events and outreach.
Frank holds a BA in Journalism from Saint Xavier University in Chicago and an MA in Marketing and Media Communication from Governor State University.
Frank’s daughter, Maddie, gave the gift of life to three people as a heart, liver and kidney donor after her sudden death from an acute asthma attack just one day after her 18th birthday. Frank now extends his passion for youth development to the Foundation’s mission to educate teens and their families on the importance of talking about their decision to be an organ donor.
